Operation 

  pretreatment → sanding  / etch → spraying  → curing

Pretreatment

for metal coating:

 mixed ration : A(host agent) : B(solidified colorless agent) =  1 : 0.3(weiht ratio) mixed ration : A(host agent) : B(solidified & color agent) =  1 : 0.6(weiht ratio) ripeing method: A and B mixing,the mixture was placed on a rotation machine for 0.5hr with 300r/min

for glass coating:

  mixed ration : A(host agent) : B(solidified colorless agent) =  1 : 0.25(weiht ratio)  ripeing method: A and B mixing,the mixture was placed on a rotation machine for 0.5hr with 300r/min

Sanding

 sanding on metal surface

or

Etch

  light etch on glass surface

Spraying

 13~15µm thinkness, 1kg coating can spray for 5~6 square meters

Curing

  Sol-gel curing condition: 200°c for 0.5hr

Brightness:	30 ~ 90 optional (100 is for oil brightness)
Storage temperature:	-10 ~ 40 °c
